盗贼偷走15辆车轮胎留下字条让车主掏钱赎回

　　15辆车的二十多只轮胎没了
　　“我轿车的前轮胎突然不见，还留有字条，这下如何是好啊？”“我停放在路边的轿车前轮胎不见了……”1月1日和4日两天，溧水县公安局接连接到此类报警电话，停放在辖区永阳、柘塘、开发区的15辆轿车，二十余只前轮胎突然不翼而飞。
　　民警到了现场发现，凡是轮胎被盗的车子上都留下“要车轮拨打电话号码×××”的字条。15位车主有车不能开，无奈之下，赶紧拨通了字条上的手机号码，让车主啼笑皆非的是，嫌疑人竟说：“如果想要回轮胎,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，那就打点钱过来,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，我再告诉你们轮胎在哪里？”
　　嫌疑人曾盗摩托车也这么敲诈
　　根据字条上留下的电话号码和嫌疑人在接通车主电话后，留下了汇款账号，民警发现银行账号似曾相识。这个账号和白马派出所正在侦查的一起摩托车被盗敲诈案一样！
　　2010年12月21日下午，白马派出所接到居民杜某报警，称自己摩托车被盗,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。原来,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，当日下午,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，杜某骑摩托车到白马某浴室洗澡，将摩托车停放在浴室外，洗好澡后，杜某返回包间时发现柜子被撬开，柜中衣服口袋内一部手机、400余元、钥匙都不翼而飞。杜某跑出浴室发现摩托车也不见了……当日晚上，杜某试着拨打被盗的手机,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，一操外地口音的男子表示，东西都在他手里，若要索回就付钱“赎”。经讨价还价，嫌疑人同意用2500元“赎”物，告知杜某一银行账号，取到钱后立即归还摩托车和手机。
　　收款账号主人不认识嫌疑人
　　警方发现，嫌疑人提供的银行账号系白马邮政储蓄网点办的储蓄卡，卡的主人系孙某,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]。孙某在某浴室当服务员。但是孙某仅与嫌疑人见过三次面，也不清楚其真实身份。
　　据孙某介绍，去年12月中旬，这名男子来浴室洗澡,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，孙某为其倒茶水时与其聊天，男子自称姓陈，溧水人，称其银行卡和身份证被妻子“控制”了，自己没钱用,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，要借孙某银行卡，让朋友打钱给他，孙某起初不同意。接下来几天，该男子两次来洗澡，又提出向孙某借银行卡用，只要银行账号,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，不要银行卡，只要钱到账后及时通知其取钱就行。孙某遂通过短信将其邮政储蓄卡账号发到了该男子135开头的手机上。
　　经进一步侦查，民警发现此手机号码已停机，且未用实名登记，账上也未打钱。但民警发现，这个135开头的手机之前与另一女子联系频繁。也就在此时，孙某向办案民警反映，分别有1000元、800元、800元三笔款汇到了她邮政储蓄卡账号上，且嫌疑人与她联系了。
